Specializing in the practice of Aesthetic and Reconstructive Plastic Surgery, Kenrick A. Spence, M.D., F.A.C.S. offers procedures that include all aspects of cosmetic plastic surgery, including hair restoration and laser therapy. His practice includes the care of adults and children.

Dr. Spence is fully trained in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery as well as General Surgery. He completed his medical education at the University of Connecticut, then spent five years as a General Surgery Resident, and one year as an attending physician in trauma and emergency medicine at St. Raphael's Hospital, an affiliate of the Yale School of Medicine. Dr. Spence went on to complete an additional three years as a Resident in Plastic Surgery at the University of Texas. He is certified by the American Board of Surgery and the American Board of Plastic Surgery. He is a member of the American Medical Association, American College of Phlebology, American Society for Laser Medicine and Surgery, Florida Medical Association, Central Florida Medical Society, Orange County Medical Society, The Blocker-Lewis Plastic Surgery Society and Austin Smiles. The American Cancer Society has recognized Dr. Spence for his commitment to the health of women in our community. He also volunteers his time and care to women who are victims of abuse. As a member of the Blocker-Lewis Plastic Surgery Society, he has received awards from the Government of El Salvador, for medical missions he participates in to operate on children with birth defects. Continuing education is important to Dr. Spence as he regularly attends symposiums related to procedures he performs. Traveling to incorporate the newest techniques in the fields of hair restoration, breast surgery, liposculpture and other aspects of Plastic Surgery, Dr. Spence returns to his practice with the most updated information to facilitate patient care.
