The largest study ever published of anatomic saline breast implants. A study of 609 patients with up to 5 year followup:

Not a single patient of the 609 patients required reoperation for a rotated or malpositioned implant
Not a single patient of the 609 patients developed a seroma
Rates of other complications were extremely low, the lowest currently reported for anatomic saline implants:
Capsular contracture- less than 1%
Implant deflations- less than 1% (with patient follow-up of 6 months to 5 years)
All reasons for reoperations combined: 2.8% over 5 years
