No advertising	Links to other sites may be considered advertising and are subject to deletion and you will no longer be able to change your preferences or sig.
	Women & Plastic Surgeons Only - If you are a man, you may research the main site. Please encourage your significant other to come to our forum. Men pretending to be women is a federal offense and you could find yourself in jail (we take the security of our forum seriously).
No Personal Attacks	You may state your opinion, but do not attack anyone personally, especially the forum itself or administrators. You will be locked out.

Forum Etiquette	Please do not type in all caps (makes it very difficult to read). Remember to use paragraphs in long posts so reader won't lose their place.
Your Email Address	Only we have access to your email address. It will not be seen by any forum members. Other members can email you thru the forum, however, they still do not know your email address unless you reply to their email. If you email a forum member via the forum your email address will be shown in the email. You must have a valid email.
Change Account Info	Go to "My Forums" at the top of the screen, then "My Account Info"
Forum Topics	Forum is divided into topics (i.e., Exercise, Cost, Experiences) on left. To see all categories, scroll down.
Older Posts	Under each topic click "#### MSGS" to see all posts in that category.
Search	To search, pull middle scroll bar all the way down. Use one word only to search. If you want to search by date, name or other option, click "Find". If search does not work, the server is probably experiencing too much traffic. Try again or wait till a less busy time such as early morning or late evenings.
Creating a Signature	Tip: Keep graphic under 20K or it could cause the forum to crash for those with older computers. 1. Highlight your code that we email to you or post to you on the forum. (Start at top left of code) A. Hold down the left mouse button B. Drag the mouse down beginning with the first <all the way to the bottom to the last> and release mouse button. C. Copy (CTRL+C) the highlighted code. (Your code is now copied onto the clipboard of your computer) 2. Log into forum. 3. Click on PREFERENCES 4. Scroll down to the SIGNATURE box 5. Put cursor into signature box and click one time. 6. Paste (CTRL+V) the code you copied in step 1. 7. Scroll to the bottom and click UPDATE. Your personal signature is now part of all of your posts To edit your signature, all you need to do is return to the preferences area and go to the signature box.
