Walnut Grove Office The Walnut Grove office is located on the second floor (Suite 216) of the 6027 Professional building at Baptist Memorial Hospital East. The hospital is on Walnut Grove just East of Interstate 240. Take Interstate 240 to the Walnut Grove East exit and drive approximately 1/4 of a mile turn into the hospital driveway. The 6027 Professional Building is the building on the left. Free parking is provided in the four story garage and in additional parking areas surrounding the Professional Buildings. |
