How long have you have you been certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery?

How many breast augmentations do you perform each year?

Can I see before and after pics of your previous breast surgeries (particularly of breasts that are similar to mine)?

Can I speak to your previous patients who have undergone the procedure?

How do you determine size? 

With the amount of sag in my breast, is it possible to have projection without being able to hold pencils under my breast?  In other words, will I still have breast touching my rib cage as I do now?

What technique do you advise for my particular shape - underarm, under breast, through areola, sub-muscular or over the muscle?  Why?

When do the stitches come out?

What do you prefer to use - anatomical, HP, or round; textured or smooth; silicone or saline?  Why?

What warranties are offered with the implants? What is your redo policy?

How long will I be in surgery?

What type of anesthesia will be used?

Do you put Zofran in the IV to prevent nausea or vomiting that may occur as a side affect of anesthetic?

Will the anesthesia be administered by a qualified Anesthesiologist?

Where will the procedure be performed? 

Will I be able to wear under wire bras?  If so, when?

Currently, my right breast appears to be smaller than the left.  To create breasts that appear equal in size, would you fill the right implant slightly more than the left?

What exercises can I do before the surgery to help alleviate the pain afterwards?

Will either you or a nurse show me how to do massage to avoid capsular contracture?

What side effects might I possibly experience from the surgery?

What is the percentage of patients who have experienced complications and what were those complications?

Are there any products you recommend to help reduce scarring?

Is there anything about my breasts they may become more apparent afterwards (such as one breast being lower than the other)?

Can I expect to have very good results or only an improvement over what I have now?

How long before we can resume sexual activity?

I've read about post-op bloating and constipation from painkillers.  Can I take a diuretic for the bloating and something else for the constipation?
